The process from start to finish was seamless. The quality of the necklace is great and I receive many compliments on it.
Just perfect
I made a special request to have my late husband’s fingerprint on one side and his words with “our” love phrase, on the back. Boy did the team deliver. I haven’t taken it off since I got it, and the comments I get about how beautiful it is, haven’t stopped.
