Shipping & Returns
Deja Marc facilitate two types of delivery with every order. The fingerprint kit & the final bespoke engraved Deja Marc jewellery.
After you place an order, the fingerprint kit is sent out within 24 hours of receiving an order and takes approximately 3 business days via Australia post (unless Express post is selected at checkout).
Once you send back the fingerprint kit, and it is received by Deja Marc HQ, it will take 1-2 weeks for our team to engrave, polish, pack and complete your bespoke keepsake in our studio. This time frame doesn't include the return postage back to the final Australian recipient. Please note, we will send you email communication at each step of the process.
Your final engraved necklaces orders are sent with Australia Post. This service is typically takes 3 business day for main cities in NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS and ACT, however, please expect longer in for rural areas. Delivery is typically 3-4 business days for TAS, WA and NT.
All dispatched Deja Marc necklaces will receive an email providing a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched through Australia post.

We ship to the following international countries – USA, UK and New Zealand. However, please note there are postal delays given the current COVID-19 pandemic.
International orders will be sent via Australia Post Registered International Mail service and are typically received within 15 business days (depending on location). Shipping will be calculated in the relevant currency and added at checkout, pulling directly from Australia Post shipping costs via their website.
Once the product leaves Australia, the responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will be the responsibility of the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, we advise you to call your local customs office to gain further details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As each individual Deja Marc piece of jewellery is bespoke and engraved to each individual customer requirements, therefore the final necklace received cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. If you wish to cancel an order prior to receiving your final necklace, or on a rare occasion the necklace is faulty or an error has occurred on its arrival, please review below.
CANCELLATION & CHANGES
If an error occurred, you accidentally placed an order, or you change your mind, you may cancel up to 24 hours after ordering, or before the fingerprint kit has been sent to you. A full refund will be provided for this option.
We understand there are some rare circumstances where an order must be adjusted after you receive your fingerprint kit. If this is the case, please send an email to the team via our contact page. Please note adjustments cannot be made after the team have commenced production.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely scenario you receive goods which are damaged or faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order along with an image of the damage and / or fault, and proof of order. Please note all items are clearly checked and packed prior to delivering.
Our Deja Marc team will review your claim and replace at our discretion based on an investigation.
