At Deja Marc, we specialise in creating 100% personalised jewellery, crafted with precision and care. We are committed to ensuring that each unique piece is made to the highest standards. Our warranty reflects this commitment, providing protection for your jewellery while clearly outlining our policies for custom-made items.
6-Month Craftsmanship Warranty
Your Deja Marc jewellery is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or faults related to the craftsmanship of your piece. If you experience any issues with the structural integrity of your jewellery - such as broken chains, loose settings, or faulty clasps - within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
To make a warranty claim, simply provide:
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order number)
- A description and photo of the issue
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading over time
- Tarnishing: Tarnishing is a natural process, especially for sterling silver and gold vermeil. Proper care can slow this process, but it is not covered by the warranty.
- Accidental damage: Damage caused by improper handling, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or water is excluded.
- Loss or theft
Any modifications or repairs performed by non-Deja Marc jewellers
Jewellery Care Instructions
To help you maintain the longevity and beauty of your personalised jewellery, we provide care instructions with every order. Avoiding exposure to chemicals, water, and perfumes will help protect your piece from tarnishing and damage. Regular cleaning with our soft mircofibre cloth will also preserve its shine.
Faulty Items
In the rare event that your jewellery is faulty, please contact us within the warranty period. Once we assess the issue, we will offer a repair or replacement, or provide store credit if a replacement is not possible. Faulty items must be returned to us for evaluation before further action and a solution is agreed.
