I purchased this product for my husband for Fathers Day from my 4 year old and 4 week old baby boys. I had a bit of trouble getting a clear fingerprint of my baby - I tried a few times. The team were very responsive and quick to come back to me. In the end I asked if we could do footprints instead as that was easier for me to obtain. The team were really happy to accommodate including a little initial next to each footprint so we knew who it belonged to. The cufflinks are absolutely stunning - my husband just loves them!
