Each precious metal pendant is locally engraved in Sydney with exceptional craftsmanship, and suspended from a thick rope chain, made by our artisans in Italy. Designed for daily wear as a statement piece.

Made from only high quality precious metals, we understand your personalised Deja Marc jewellery is special and sentimental, so it's important to take care of your keepsake jewellery to extend its life.
Deja Marc jewellery is made entirely from high quality precious metals, as every personalised piece is either 9k / 14k Solid Gold, 18k Gold Vermeil, 18k Rose Gold Vermeil or Solid Sterling Silver.

Returns & Shipping
ORDER PROCESSING
Deja Marc facilitate two types of delivery with every order. The fingerprint kit & the final bespoke engraved Deja Marc jewellery.
After you place an order, the fingerprint / pawprint kit is dispatched within 24 hours of receiving an order and sent via Australia Post (see timeframes below).
Once you send back the prints, and it is received by Deja Marc HQ, it will take 1 week for our team to engrave, polish, pack and complete your bespoke keepsake in our studio. This time frame doesn't include the return postage back to the final Australian recipient. Please note, we will send you email communication at each step of the process.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
We have two local shipping options:
*$9.99 Standard Shipping (Including Fingerprint Kit & Final Keepsake) - Approximately 3-4 Days (see market conditions below)
*$14.99 Express Shipping (Including Fingerprint Kit & Final Keepsake) - Next Business Day Delivery
Your fingerprint kit and final engraved necklaces orders are sent with Australia Post. The final keepsake is secure shipping via signature on delivery
Standard shipping service - Shipped via Australia Post. Typically takes 3-4 business days for main cities in NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS and ACT, however, please expect longer in for rural areas. Delivery is typically 4-5 business days for TAS, WA and NT.
Express shipping service - Shipped via Australia Post and delivered the next business day (Mon-Fri) after dispatching.
All Deja Marc customers will receive an email providing a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched through Australia post.

Deja Marc locally engrave and personalise your jewellery. Production time is approximately 1 week.
