Suspended from a fine chain and available in a selection of precious metals, this necklace is designed to be a luxurious and sentimental keepsake you’ll treasure every day.

Whether it’s a gift to yourself or for someone you love, this necklace beautifully preserves your fur baby’s paw print, forever engraved in gold or silver.

Every order will receive:

1.⁠ ⁠The initial delivery contains your free print kit (if selected), which includes an ink strip, print paper, and instructions.
2.⁠ ⁠The final delivery includes a hard case jewellery box and leather pouch (for the purpose of protecting item during transit only), a microfibre cleansing cloth, and a jewellery care card.

Shipping and Returns

Once your order is placed, your complimentary print kit (if selected) will be dispatched within 24 hours. After you've uploaded your prints and they're approved by our team, your bespoke piece will be sent to our engraving team and completed within 7 business days.

Capturing Prints At Home

Capture your prints at home by following the detailed instructions inside your complimentary print kit. Gently press the fingertip onto the ink strip provided and transfer it onto the card. Once you’ve captured the perfect print, ensuring there are clear lines and swirls, simply upload a photo by scanning the QR code included in your kit. We’ll take it from there. Once approved, your prints are passed on to our engraving team, based at our Bondi Junction studio, where we lovingly personalise your jewellery. The production process can take up to 7 business days to complete.

Common Questions

How long does the whole process take?

Once we receive your print, your keepsake will be handcrafted in approximately 7 days, which includes engraving, polishing, and packaging with care. If you need a print kit, we’ll ship it out to you within 24 hours (Monday – Friday). Once it arrives, there's no rush to capture the print, but once it's captured, you can upload it using the QR code provided. If you already have a print, you can upload it prior to purchase, or afterwards via our upload portal, and we’ll get started as soon as we receive it.

What happens if I can't capture a good print?

Don’t worry, capturing a great fingerprint is easier than you might think, and most of our customers get a beautiful result on the first try. If for any reason your print isn’t quite suitable for engraving, our team will be in touch to guide you through the process again. If you need more paper and ink, we can send a replacement kit for just $10. Prefer not to use another kit? That’s totally fine, we’re more than happy to recommend easy at-home methods to help you get a clear, beautiful print. We’ll support you every step of the way.

Will the fingerprint on my jewellery be true to size?

For newborn and children’s fingerprints, we strive to keep them as accurate as possible on the final jewellery piece. If you’d like to provide specific measurements, simply include them in the notes section when uploading your prints.

For adult fingerprints, which may be larger than our pendants, we carefully scale them down using our engraving technology. This ensures the fingerprint detail remains perfectly proportioned and beautifully preserved in your jewellery.

If you’re placing a repeat order and have a preference for print scaling, you can provide guidance in the notes section or send us an image of your existing keepsake so we can match it as accurately as possible.

Can I create a Deja Marc piece using a fingerprint I already have?

Yes! We accept any existing fingerprint, paw print, handprint, or footprint. You don’t need to use our Deja Marc print kit, these kits are simply provided as a convenience for those who don’t already have a print on file.

If you have an existing print, select "No" when asked if you need a kit, and an upload option will appear. From there, simply attach a clear image of your fingerprint or paw print and proceed to checkout.
