We facilitate two deliveries with every order, if you have selected a free print kit:

1. The Print Kit – dispatched within 24 hours of ordering via Australia Post.
2. The Final Bespoke Jewellery Piece – engraved, polished, packaged and shipped within 1 week of receiving your approved prints. 

Once your jewellery has been engraved and has passed all quality checks, it will be securely shipped with Australia Post, requiring a signature upon delivery. You will receive email updates and tracking details at each step of the process.

*Delivery times may vary for rural areas (4-5 business days for TAS, WA & NT).

**Express shipping applies to metro areas; check Australia Post’s network for eligibility.

New Zealand

All shipping to New Zealand is Express Shipping, which takes approximately 4 business days, with the chance that delivery times may vary for rural areas. We facilitate two deliveries with every order, if you have selected a free fingerprint kit:

1. The Fingerprint Kit – dispatched within 24 hours of ordering.
2. The Final Bespoke Jewellery Piece – engraved, polished, packaged and shipped within 1 week of receiving your approved prints.
